Waking up early in the morning promotes health. This is because daytime has been created to finish most of our work. However, it is a fact that sleeping in the daytime has always been very tempting for all of us because of the embedded laziness factor.   • The easiest and the most proven way to get up early in the morning is to set up frequent alarms. Sounds funny, right? Trust me, it works. Just set 2 alarms and place your phone away from your reach. Ultimately you will have to get up from your bed to close it. It will break your sound sleep and help you get up early.

  • You will have to sleep early so that your sleep cycle does not get disturbed. If you sleep early, you will likely be taking a complete 8 hours of sleep, which will be enough to make you active to start your day early.
  • It is said that eating a lot of sugary items before sleep will tend to raise the glucose levels in your blood, thereby making you awake for a longer period. Therefore make sure that you do not eat such sweet items and get a goodnight’s sleep

  • Try not to stay awake at night. I mean the whole night! An excuse to complete pending work will only lead to fatigue and weariness for the rest of your day. So wake up early and utilise the daytime to complete your work rather than becoming a night owl.
  • It is very important to let some sunlight into your room so that it may break your sound sleep and will help you wake up on your own.
  • You will have to make sure that your television is powered off while lying down on your bed. If you watch tv before bedtime, you are more likely to stay awake at night, and it will keep your mind active and in a working state. So turning it off along with other electronic gadgets is a good option.
