How to Stop Overthinking

When you experience repetitive thoughts, you are overthinking, which is not suitable for your well-being. Overthinking is often linked with mental health issues such as it can be the symptom of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress. Sit there for a while, start taking deep breaths, and focus on nothing but breathing.

Most of the people who overthink have low self-esteem. This inadequate or lack of self-esteem make them overthink everything, which increases the risk of depression. So, try to enhance your self-esteem by knowing your worth. Recognize what you’re good at and try to more work on it. Take some challenges and work to improve your physical health.
